Specific Characteristic:

* Adaptable with different demolding methods like 2RT/3RT/4RT.

* Accurate mold-in and mold-out position to ensure no damage to the molding.

* Dual motor design for safe and independent working of the twin station.

2RT Machine motion flow:

1. Setup the mold (initial status)

2. Supply the material and start the process(close the mold)

3. Load the mold

4. The main ram goes up to the predetermined position ready for entering a state of vacuum

5. Lower the vacuum mask. At the same time, suck out the air until a state of vacuum is reached.

6. The main ram goes up. Increase the pressure to expel bubbles out.

7. After the state of vacuum exist mo more, lift the vacuum hood and curing.

8. After curing, lower the main ram.

9. Unload the mold, open the mold.

10. Take out the final product and put new material in.
